Rooted in self care, social change and collective well-being, Bare SOUL Yoga bridges yoga, education and community to cultivate a diverse healing experience that nourishes the mind, body and soul for the greater impact of social change. This session offers a gentle, restorative space of respite for people of all ages and all experiences to explore balance, journey inward, and connect to their most authentic self–a space of truth and love through this restorative, liberating practice.
