Update 4/24/2020

Voices for Virginia’s Children continues to search for its next CEO. Our Board of Directors is working in partnership with search firm, Warren Whitney. They have received resumes from several impressive applicants and continue to review and assess them for the skills and experience needed to lead Voices into the future. They are working diligently while prioritizing hiring the right CEO for Voices’ current and future needs. If you have interest in the role please apply on Warren Whitney’s website. If you have questions please contact C.C. Clark, chair of the search committee.

With the departure of the previous Executive Director in October 2019, the Voices Board of Directors has hired the firm, Warren Whitney, to coordinate the search for a new CEO.

They are in the process of modifying the role description and creating a job posting based on interviews with staff, search committee members, and key partners. The job will be posted on multiple job boards by February 14 and at that time they will also begin outreach activities to identify candidates.

Semi-finalists will be interviewed during April.  It is anticipated that finalist(s) will be interviewed in time for a recommendation and vote at the June board meeting, with the hope that the new CEO will begin sometime in July.

Please send questions to C.C. Clark, chair of the Search Committee:  clarkcyrillene@aol.com
