2026 Amplify Awards Nominations

Thank you for helping us recognize the advocates, organizations, and changemakers creating meaningful impact for young people across Virginia.

Amplify is Voices for Virginia’s Children’s signature annual celebration of advocacy, impact, and youth-centered change.

Use this form to nominate an individual or organization whose leadership, service, advocacy, or community impact deserves recognition. Nominations will be accepted until August 3, 2026 at noon.

Anyone may submit a nomination.

Please plan to spend approximately 10–15 minutes completing this form.

Optional supporting materials, including letters of support or short video testimonials, may be submitted after completing this form.

Tell us about the nominee’s leadership, advocacy, service, and the meaningful change they’re creating for young people, families, or communities across Virginia.

Please choose the award category that best fits your nomination. The first two categories are for individual nominees. The final two categories are for groups, initiatives, or organizations.

Individual Awards

Rising Voice Award

Recognizing an individual with fewer than three years of advocacy experience who is already creating meaningful change through leadership, organizing, storytelling, or community action.

Formerly Emerging Advocate.

Enduring Impact Award

Recognizing an advocate with ten or more years of experience whose sustained leadership, commitment, and service have created lasting impact for children, youth, and families.

Formerly Established Advocate.

Group / Organization Awards

Youth-Led Change Award

Celebrating a youth-led collective, initiative, or organization using leadership, advocacy, and action to create meaningful change.

Formerly Youth-Led Organization or Group.

Healing in Action Award

Honoring an organization or group creating spaces of healing, restoration, support, and community transformation for young people and families.

Formerly Healing-Centered Organization or Group.

These award categories have been renamed to better reflect the spirit of The Amplify Awards. The nomination criteria and category definitions remain unchanged.
