Jordan Roberts is a Research Manager at Voices for Virginia’s Children. She leads research and data analysis that informs Voices’ policy advocacy efforts, translating evidence into actionable insights that strengthen campaigns to improve outcomes for Virginia’s children and families.

Jordan came to Voices after serving as a Partnerships & Engagement Fellow at Human Rights First, where she developed advocacy toolkits and conducted strategic policy research to support national advocacy efforts. Previously, Jordan served as Executive Director of VCU Votes Coalition, where she led a cross-campus civic coalition, designed grassroots engagement programs, and registered over 3,000 voters while facilitating cross-partisan dialogue. She also worked as a Research Assistant at George Washington University’s Institute for Security and Conflict Studies and completed a competitive fellowship with the UN Office at Geneva.

Jordan holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies and a minor in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
