Juan Pablo Berrizbeitia
I’ve worked in social impact organizations since I was 19.
I’ve been a legal aid lawyer, a legal educator, an international development project manager, an innovation management consultant, a social entrepreneur, and, most recently, a Nonprofit Executive Director and CEO.
I’ve served people in prison, indigenous communities in the Amazon, refugees, children living on the street, in shelters, and in foster care, among others.
I’ve worked for the World Bank, the United Nations, the Pan-American Development Foundation, as well as nonprofits such as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Voices for Virginia’s Children, and Brain Injury Services. I’ve also served on several Nonprofit Board of Directors.
I’m currently working on the Nonprofit.MBA . An online resource for Nonprofit Executive Directors to have a mental framework to make clear decisions, a system to solve issues and move toward solutions calmly, a framework to build an organization that runs itself and in which their team innovates continuously to create more value for the people and community they serve.
