Arthur Kim is a seasoned FDA medical device attorney with a deep expertise in U.S. FDA regulatory and statutory requirements. He currently serves as the Legal Director for Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Compliance at Medtronic, Inc., where he provides strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory affairs within the medical device sector. Previously, Arthur practiced law at Hogan Lovells US LLP in Washington, D.C., where he gained extensive experience in healthcare law and regulatory matters.

Arthur is also actively involved in the Georgetown University Law community, serving on the Law Center’s Recent Alumni Advisory Council and the Georgetown Law Alumni Board. He holds a double concentration in Urban Studies and Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University and is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.
