Are you a partner in solidarity supportive of the RTR mission and goals? Sign-on as a partner and join the partnership committee. Partnership committee members are authentically committed to the RTR mission and goals. Committee members are willing to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities around cultural competency, implicit biases, racial equity, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Partnership committees may work collaboratively with the engagement committee to foster partnerships with family and youth-serving organizations. Partnership committee members encourage partners in solidarity to influence equitable policies and changes within their organizations.
