This year Children’s Home Society, a member of the foster care unified agenda, hosted the foster care advocacy day for families and professionals in the field. The purpose of this advocacy day was to highlight key issues on the unified agenda:

• Codifying Fostering Futures
• State-funded Kinship Care Program
• Stabilizing the workforce through 1) increased salaries 2) updated case management system and 3) updated training model
