The Carol S. Fox “Making Kids Count” Award is named in honor of Voices’ co-founder and long-time board member Carol Fox, whose leadership and dedicated advocacy for children have inspired Voices and its many followers since our founding in 1994. It is presented annually to an individual AND an organization in recognition of exemplary efforts to improve the lives of Virginia’s children.
