children running together

Systemic problems, such as the school readiness gap between low-income and higher-income children, cannot be addressed without changing our laws and funding priorities and improving the systems that deal with these problems. Voices is successful in advocating for children’s well-being because of the generosity of people like you, as well as foundations and corporations.

We accept no public funding because we value our independence as advocates. Your tax-deductible gift allows us to analyze data, research evidence-based programs and policies, coordinate with service providers who work with children directly, and educate policymakers about solutions to ensure all of the commonwealth’s children have the opportunities they deserve. Please invest in Virginia’s future by investing in our work.
