By Emily Griffey

We all know a family with young children struggling to afford child care. We have heard the challenges of finding good care from across the Commonwealth. We know that many families are limited in their choices. We know that financial assistance like a child care assistance grant, a scholarship, or a preschool slot have made all the difference for families. Helping families to access affordable, quality child care helps our economy through a two-generation approach, by helping parents work and by preparing children for success in school.

We want our policymakers to hear those success stories. We want policymakers to hear the challenges of families who have not yet found quality care. And we want policymakers to hear from providers who are aiming to provide quality early learning but are facing stumbling blocks.

If you have a story to share send it to us HERE
