HB 2210 Status: Failed in the House.

SB 1327 Status: Passed the Senate (24-16). Failed in the House.

Summary: Directs the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to establish an affordable and comprehensive health care coverage program available to all income-eligible children, regardless of immigration status.

 

HB 2232/SB 1104: Violence prevention services Medicaid benefit work group (Del. Murphy, Sen. Boysko)

Our Position: Support 

HB 2232 Status: Failed in the House.

SB 1104 Status: Passed the Senate (39-0). Failed in the House, but letter sent to Secretary of Health and Human Resources to complete a study.

Summary: Directs the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to convene a work group to advise the Board of Medical Assistance Services on the design and implementation of a violence prevention services benefit.
