2020 Resilience Week Social Media Toolkit

ICYMI- The Governor launched Resilience Week off with a proclamation! Read more here. 

While Resilience Week is over, you can still share this content to encourage individuals in your community to practice resilience!

Tell us what your community is doing to build community resilience using the hashtag #Building Community Resilience and #ResilienceWeekVA and tagging VAKids on social media. Email chloe at va kids dot org or submit a story if you have examples of ways you’re uplifting issues that impact children and families. 

1. Share our 2020 Resilience Week Promo Videos to get your followers excited! 

2. All week long, tell us why you are Resilient! 

  • Use this social media toolkit!
  • Record a video using the theme #ResilienceWeekVA 
  • Post poetry, artwork, pictures, and videos using themes centered around resilience!
  • Simply write a status to engage and connect with your followers on the topic of resilience.
  • Share what you are doing to build resilience in your community.
  • Use our pre-drafted posts by copying and pasting it onto your social media platforms. You can also like, comment, and share our social media content!
